It is positive that U.S.-N.Korean talks didn't interrupt after summit - Peskov

MOSCOW. Feb 28 (Interfax) - The Kremlin finds it positive that the negotiation process between the United States and North Korea has not been interrupted but the talks outcome has yet to be analyzed, Russian presidential press secretary Dmitry Peskov said.

"From what we can see, from official statements, statements made by President Trump and other high-ranking White House officials, we currently understand that negotiations have not been interrupted, which is undoubtedly positive. But at the same time, it's likely that no significant agreements have been achieved," he told reporters.

Peskov said these are the first reports and they remain to be analyzed. "What's the reason for that? We will also wait for clarifications," he said.
