Moscow to continue to insist on easing sanctions on N. Korea - source

MOSCOW. March 1 (Interfax) - Russia will continue to bring up the issue of easing sanctions on North Korea, a Russian Foreign Ministry source told Interfax.

"We will continue to raise the issue of the easing of sanctions. The meeting in Hanoi [between U.S. President Donald Trump and North Korean leader Kim Jong Un] only confirmed that this is the right approach," the source said when asked whether Russia would insist on easing the sanctions on Pyongyang at the UN Security Council.
