MOSCOW. March 12 (Interfax) - A visit by North Korean leader Kim Jong Un to South Korea remains on the agenda and specific dates are being discussed, South Korean Ambassador to Russia Woo Yoon-keun said in Moscow on Tuesday.
"The leaders of the Republic of Korea and the DPRK [Democratic People's Republic] declared, through the Pyongyang joint declaration, that it had been agreed that chairman Kim Jong Un would visit Seoul in the near future. Because the countries' leaders have such intensions, as far as we know, this visit will take place. A specific period is under consideration because it is dependent on many factors," the ambassador told Russian news agencies.
