MOSCOW. March 22 (Interfax) - Russia needs to resume the program to create Angara launch vehicles, which has not been financed for a long time, Roscosmos head Dmitry Rogozin said on Friday.
"We are now working on resuming tests of the Angara. We will repeat the trial launch of a heavy Angara A5 at the end of this year and are beginning its production in Omsk in order to begin serial production in 2023," Rogozin said on Rossiya 24 television.
