YEREVAN. March 28 (Interfax) - Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan phoned Bako Sahakyan, president of the unrecognized Nagorno-Karabakh republic, before travelling to Vienna, where he is set to meet with Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev on Friday.
"During the conversation, the parties discussed current aspects of cooperation and the Karabakh settlement process," the Armenian government press service said.
Pashinyan left for Vienna on Thursday, where on Friday he and Aliyev are to negotiate ways to settle the conflict over Nagorno-Karabakh.
