DONETSK. April 24 (Interfax) - The work of the economic subgroup at a meeting of the Trilateral Contact Group for Donbas in Minsk has been delayed for four hours due to the absence of the Ukrainian negotiators, a spokesperson for the foreign ministry of the self-proclaimed Donetsk People's Republic (DPR) told journalists.
"The OSCE coordinator and representatives of the Russian Federation and the republics [the DPR and the self-proclaimed Luhansk People's Republic, or LPR] have been waiting for a Ukrainian representative in the subgroup for economic matters at the talks in Minsk for the fourth hour. The security, humanitarian, and political subgroups are continuing their work," he said.
