MOSCOW. May 6 (Interfax) - Russian President Vladimir Putin has signed a decree dismissing Ingush Interior Minister Police Lieut. Gen. Dmitry Kava, according to the official legal information online database.
Putin also issued a decree dismissing Viktor Kovalenko as chief of the State Road Traffic Safety Inspectorate of the Moscow main department of the Russian Interior Ministry.
