MOSCOW. May 15 (Interfax) - The Iraqi government plans to buy Russian S-400 air defense missile systems, Iraqi Ambassador to Russia Mansour Hadi said.
"As regards S-400s, there is no roadmap to determine the exact dates and movement along this path. The Iraqi government has made the decision; it wants to buy these missiles," Hadi said at a press conference on Wednesday.
