MOSCOW. May 22 (Interfax) - The policy the United States is pursuing to fuel tensions around Iran is unacceptable, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov said.
"Most importantly, it's wrong to fuel tensions, like the U.S. and some of its allies are doing in the Persian Gulf area in hopes that someone might lose their nerve - I hate to believe that, but that's what it looks like," Ryabkov told journalists.
