MOSCOW. June 10 (Interfax) - The Russian Foreign Ministry has blamed Ukraine for the disrupted disengagement in the Donbas conflict zone and accused Kyiv of being reluctant to implement the Minsk agreement aimed at settling the conflict.
"The disengagement agreed on by all Contact Group members to take place in Stanytsia Luhanska on June 5 was again disrupted by Ukraine due to a 'blast' recorded by the OSCE SMM [Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe's Special Monitoring Mission] in the buffer zone," the ministry stated on Monday.
"Obviously, this is yet another manifestation of Kyiv's reluctance to honor its own obligations under the Minsk agreements, including those agreed at the 'Normandy summit' in Berlin in October 2016," the ministry said.
