DONETSK. June 19 (Interfax) - The Minsk meeting of the humanitarian subgroup of the Trilateral Contact Group on Donbas proved constructive, the self-proclaimed Donetsk People's Republic (DPR) said.
"The Ukrainian side set out its official position on prisoner exchange. We discussed the possibility of its swift realization and a number of related issues, including the devising of a mechanism for transferring foreign citizens and the clearance procedure for captured persons," DPR ombudsman Darya Morozova said.
In addition, the DPR raised the issue of confirming the captives' whereabouts in Ukraine and sharing information on their procedural status, she said.

As for organizing a joint search for missing persons, the negotiators discussed a mechanism for identification of unidentified bodies, initial steps for arranging the transfer of remains, and information sharing, she said.
"The meeting proved constructive, which gives hopes for further progress in reaching efficient solutions to the agenda issues of special importance to improving the humanitarian situation on both sides of the dividing line," Morozova said.
