MOSCOW. June 19 (Interfax) - The date of a meeting of the joint commission on the Iran nuclear deal (Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action, or JCPOA) has yet to be agreed on, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov said on Wednesday.
"There is no agreement yet. It is possible, but for the moment there is no final decision," Ryabkov told journalists, commenting on reports that the commission could meet on June 28.
Eerier on Wednesday, the Iranian embassy to Russia said on Twitter that the JCPOA joint commission will meet in Vienna on June 28.
The meeting is planned "at the level of deputy foreign ministers and political directors," the diplomatic mission said citing Abbas Mousavi, spokesman for the Iranian Foreign Ministry.
