KYIV. June 27 (Interfax) - Head of the Political Council of the Ukrainian party Opposition Platform - For Life Viktor Medvedchuk has agreed with the leaders of the self-proclaimed Donbas republics, head of the Donetsk People's Republic Denis Pushilin and head of the Luhansk People's Republic Leonid Pasechnik, on transferring four captives to Kyiv, Verkhovna Rada deputy Vadym Rabinovych said in a statement.
"It has been decided to release four Ukrainian citizens, including three servicemen, held in Donetsk and Luhansk," Rabinovych wrote on Facebook on Thursday.
