VIENNA. June 28 (Interfax) - European Union representatives said at a meeting on the implementation of the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA) in Vienna that the INSTEX payment vehicle is ready for work, Director-General of the Department of Arms Control of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of China Fu Cong said.
"The EU has announced that the INSTEX has been introduced. China welcomes this, we are calling on the EU to open it to third countries as soon as possible," Fu, who led the Chinese delegation at the meeting, said.
