Iran's low-grade uranium stock limit causes no concern re non-proliferation - Russian Foreign Ministry

MOSCOW. July 4 (Interfax) - Moscow is not concerned about Iran's exceeding the agreed limit of low-grade uranium inventories stipulated by the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action.

"All work conducted by the Iranian side is still under the full control of the IAEA [International Atomic Energy Agency]. There is no concern in this regard in terms of non-proliferation of nuclear weapons," Russian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Maria Zakharova said at a press briefing in Moscow on Thursday.

"We are hoping that Tehran will further demonstrate a responsible approach toward implementing the agreement on comprehensive guarantees and, additionally, of the attached protocol," Zakharova said.
