YEKATERINBURG. July 8 (Interfax) - Former Russian Navy Commander Vladimir Korolyov has been approved as vice-president of the United Shipbuilding Corporation (USC) for military shipbuilding, the corporation's President Alexey Rakhmanov told Interfax on Monday.
"Yes. He will start [working] on July 10," Rakhmanov told Interfax at the Innoprom forum.
The USC vice-president for civil shipbuilding will be approved in the near future, he said.
On June 24 Rakhmanov said at a press conference at Interfax that the USC would have two new vice-presidents: for military and for civil shipbuilding.
