MOSCOW. July 11 (Interfax) - The United States has more nuclear weapon delivery vehicles than the Strategic Arms Reduction Treaty (New START) allows, Maj. Gen. Andrei Sterlin, an official at the Russian General Staff's Main Operational Directorate, said.
"Actually, the United States has more nuclear weapon delivery vehicles than is allowed by the treaty. The excess is comparable with the total nuclear potential of the UK and France," Sterlin said.
