Pushilin announces plans of launching direct rail link between DPR, Russia

SEDOVO, DPR. June 22 (Interfax) Donetsk is considering launching a direct railways service between the self-proclaimed Donetsk People's Republic (DPR) and Russia, DPR head Denis Pushilin said at a meeting with young people.

"There is such task [to launch a direct rail link with Russia]. A technical element is necessary. All of that is in demand here, the issue is being considered. We need ensure that there are no stop-overs on the border. Decisions on it have already been made," Pushilin said.
