MOSCOW. July 23 (Interfax) - Russia will complete its first stage of supplies of S-400 Triumf air defense systems to Turkey this week, the chief of the Russian Federal Service for Military-Technical Cooperation (FSMTC), Dmitry Shugayev, said.
"We are completing the first stage of supplies this week," Shugayev said.
"We are very grateful to our Turkish colleagues for their resilience. We have to give them their due, the contract has been fulfilled," he said.
