MOSCOW. July 25 (Interfax) - The Russian embassy in Kyiv is investigating the circumstances of the detention of a Russian tanker by the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU), the diplomatic mission's press attache Denis Golenko said.
"We are working on this issue. I cannot say anything now apart from the information that has become available. We are investigating the circumstances," Golenko said.
