MOSCOW. July 25 (Interfax) - The crew of a Russian tanker detained in Ukraine are returning home but the vessel will stay where it is, spokesman for the Russian Embassy to Ukraine Denis Golenko told Interfax on Thursday.
"We managed to get confirmation that the crew, at the decision of the ship owner, are heading home. The vessel itself will remain at Izmail for now," Golenko said.
