Russian experts looking into details of N. Korean missile launches - Russian Foreign Ministry (Part 2)

MOSCOW. July 25 (Interfax) - Russian experts are looking into details in light of reports on missile launches carried out by Pyongyang, the Russian Foreign Ministry told Interfax on Thursday.

"Russian experts are looking into the details," the ministry said.

North Korea tested a new type of short-range ballistic missiles early on Thursday, Yonhap News Agency reported citing the South Korean National Security Council.

The Council expressed its deep regret over Pyongyang's actions. South Korea plans to continue studying the incident together with the United States before making definitive conclusions, it said.

The testing of ballistic missiles by North Korea violates UN Security Council resolutions, media said.
