MOSCOW. Aug 7 (Interfax) - The repair and reconstruction of the Achinsk district housing damaged by the fire at the ammunition depot will be concluded in two weeks, the Russian Defense Ministry said.
"All repair and re reconstruction works in the populated localities of the Achinsk district, Krasnoyarsk territory, will be concluded within two weeks," the Russian Defense Ministry said.
Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu ordered his Deputy Dmitry Bulgakov "to implement the range of measures for the repair of the housing in the populated localities of the Krasnoyarsk Territory's Achinsk district as soon as possible," the ministry said.
In particular, Bulgakov was ordered to launch the operations of the intergovernmental commission to evaluate the damage inflicted to the housing as a result of the fire at the ammunition depot, as well as the work to provide assistance to the local population.
"The repair and maintenance teams comprised of necessary experts and equipped with construction materials, tools and devices are being formed to conduct the repair operations. The housing and the social infrastructure facilities will be restored first," the Russian Defense Ministry said.
