DONETSK. Aug 9 (Interfax) - Three people have been killed, and six have been injured as a result of Ukrainian army attacks on the self-proclaimed Donetsk People's Republic (DPR) since the declaration of truce on July 21, DPR militia spokesman Danil Bezsonov said at a press briefing on Friday.
"The enemy has breached the truce 86 times. [...] Ukrainian army attacks killed one civilian and damaged 12 civilian infrastructure sites. Besides, two servicemen were killed, and six suffered injuries of various degrees of severity," Bezsonov said.
The Ukrainian army intensified gunfire on residential areas and municipal infrastructure and breached the truce 30 times, including by means of prohibited weapons, over the past week, he said.
"Ukrainian army attacks on populated localities of the republic openly demonstrate the attitude of the Ukrainian political and military leadership to the implementation of the Minsk Agreements," Bezsonov said.
