LUHANSK. Aug 16 (Interfax) - The Ukrainian Armed Forces are blocking the signals of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) used by the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission (SMM) in Donbas, the militia of the self-proclaimed Luhansk People's Republic (LPR) told Interfax.
"In order to conceal the location of weapons and military hardware, units of the Ukrainian Armed Forces are jamming the GPS signals of the OSCE mission's unmanned aerial vehicles near Rubezhne," it said.
The LPR militia "is controlling the adversary along the contact line in compliance with the terms of the truce," it said.
