Ukraine has violated truce 175 times since July 21 - DPR militia spokesman

DONETSK. Aug 19 (Interfax) - One civilian resident of the self-proclaimed Donetsk People's Republic (DPR) has been killed and another one injured since the latest Donbas truce took effect in July, DPR militia spokesman Danil Bezsonov said at a press briefing on Monday.

"In total, the adversary has violated the truce 175 times since it was declared at midnight on July 21," Bezsonov said, additionally claiming that the Ukrainian army has used artillery, mortars, and various kinds of grenade launchers and infantry fighting vehicles.

"As a result of Ukrainian fire attacks, one civilian was killed and another suffered injuries. Furthermore, 35 houses and pieces of infrastructure were damaged," Bezsonov said.
