CHISINAU. Aug 25 (Interfax) - Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu has suggested drafting a three-year plan for cooperation between the defense ministries of Russia and Moldova as soon as possible.
"We are grateful for everything that is being done now to ensure, I dare say, the restoration of relations between the defense ministries of the two countries. We have nothing to divide. We're not planning and have never planned to wage a war against each other. Therefore, we would like to draft a plan for our cooperation, hopefully, for the next three years, as soon as possible," Shoigu said at talks with Moldovan President Igor Dodon.
Such plan must be drafted, because "there are issues, a lot of them, including of concern," in bilateral military cooperation," he said.
