KYIV. Aug 27 (Interfax) - Ukraine and the United States are making efforts to agree on the date of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky's visit to Washington, United States Special Representative for Ukraine Negotiations Kurt Volker said.
Volker said in an interview with Pryamoi TV channel that the Ukrainian and U.S. presidents were expected to attend the Warsaw memorial events marking the 80th anniversary of the beginning of World War II, and they would probably meet and talk to each other right there. He added that the White House has been working on the dates of the visit.
