ZHUKOVSKY. Aug 27 (Interfax) - Russian President Vladimir Putin and Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan opened the MAKS 2019 international aerospace show in Zhukovsky outside Moscow on Tuesday.
"I am happy to welcome the participants and guests of the international aerospace show; primarily our dear friend, President Recep Tayyip Erdogan of the Republic of Turkey," Putin said.
Putin said he was confident that "achievements of our aviation industry and technical capabilities of the Russian Aerospace Forces will be of interest to our Turkish partners."
