ZHUKOVSKY. Aug 28 (Interfax) - Russian planes will perform several dozen flights to Turkey during the second stage of delivery of S-400 air defense missile systems, head of the Federal Service for Military-Technical Cooperation (FSMTC) Dmitry Shugayev told the press in response to a question from Interfax.
"Also by air. There will be several dozen flights; you can imagine the amount of equipment," Shugayev said on the sidelines of the MAKS 2019 international aerospace show.
The activity will mostly engage aircraft of the Russian Defense Ministry, he said.
The second stage of S-400 delivery to Turkey started on Tuesday.
