KYIV. Aug 28 (Interfax) - The Kyiv Court of Appeals has released Editor-in-Chief of RIA Novosti-Ukraine Kirill Vyshinsky on terms of personal recognizance.
"The measure of restraint has been changed from detention to personal recognizance," the online publication Hromadske reported on Wednesday.
