MOSCOW. Aug 28 (Interfax) - Moscow regards the release of journalist Kirill Vyshinsky from custody in Ukraine with cautious optimism, since this is not enough for a drastic change in the captives' situation, Director of the Center for Current Politics Alexei Chesnakov told Interfax.
"Vyshinsky's release helps create a positive atmosphere in bilateral relations between Russia and Ukraine," Chesnakov said.
Nevertheless, it is too early to speak of a drastic change. "This is an important but insufficient step toward a change for the better," he said.
