KYIV. Aug 28 (Interfax) - RIA Novosti-Ukraine Editor-in-Chief Kirill Vyshinsky will be included in the list for exchange between Russia and Ukraine, an informed source told Interfax.
"Vyshinsky is going to be included in the exchange list and therefore a decision was made to release him. The exchange procedure is at present unclear as there is no sentence," the source said.
At the same time, there is currently no information on when the exchange might take place.
Vyshinsky earlier said he had long rejected the idea of being exchanged and had not changed his position.
