MOSCOW. Aug 28 (Interfax) - Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov will hold talks with Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif in Moscow on September 2 to address the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA) on the Iranian nuclear program and the situation in the Persian Gulf, Russian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Maria Zakharova said at a news briefing in Moscow on Wednesday.
"Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov will have talks with the Iranian foreign minister in Moscow on September 2. They plan to discuss relevant aspects of bilateral cooperation and exchange opinions on the regional international agenda, including the JCPOA and the situation in the Persian Gulf area," Zakharova said.
