KYIV. Aug 30 (Interfax) - Ukraine and Russia will not exchange captives on Friday, a source in the Ukrainian Security Service (SBU) told Interfax.
"The swap date is unknown. But it will definitely not happen today," the source said.
Meanwhile, sources of the online media outlet Radio Liberty said that the exchange had been postponed till next week.
