Command post exercise Eternity-2019 begins in Baku

BAKU. Sept 2 (Interfax) - The command post exercise Eternity-2019, involving troops from Azerbaijan, Turkey, and Georgia, began in Baku on Monday.

"This exercise is significant in terms of boosting the participants' knowledge in the sphere of ensuring the security of joint strategic international projects that go through the territories of the three countries, the development of their operative, training and analytical capabilities, and also improving interaction between divisions protecting these projects," the Azerbaijani Defense Ministry said in a report.

The trilateral command post exercise will end on September 6.
