BAKU. Sept 3 (Interfax) - Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has received Russian Security Council Secretary Nikolai Patrushev in Baku, the press service for the Russian Security Council said on Tuesday.
"Nikolai Patrushev met with Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev in Baku," the press service said.
"At the meeting, the parties discussed relevant issues of Russian-Azerbaijani interaction in security, economic relations, development of cultural and humanitarian ties, cooperation at the venues of the United Nations, and the OSCE, and other international organizations," the Russian Security Council said.
The press service for the Security Council said earlier that Russian-Azerbaijani consultations via the security councils will take place in Baku on September 4.
