VLADIVOSTOK. Sept 5 (Interfax) - Russian President Vladimir Putin has said he is sure that relations with Ukraine will fully normalize at some point in the future.
"I think that will inevitably happen in the historical prospective; our relations will fully normalize because we are two parts of the same people, as I have repeatedly said before," Putin said at the Eastern Economic Forum on Thursday.
"As for the near future, that would largely depend on the incumbent Ukrainian administration," Putin said.
