MOSCOW. Sept 9 (Interfax) - Moscow hopes that former Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko's unilateral decisions concerning Russia will be retracted, Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said following a meeting of the Russian-French Security Cooperation Council in Moscow on Monday.
"We hope that, parallel to the settlement in Donbas, Russian-Ukrainian relations will be returning to normal as well, and those aggressive unilateral anti-Russian decisions made by the Poroshenko regime will be retracted to ensure mutual respect in our relations and with the aim of ensuring respect for ethnic minorities in both Ukraine and Russia," Lavrov said.
