Bolton's dismissal in U.S. calls agreements reached with him into question - MP Chepa

MOSCOW. Sept 10 (Interfax) - United States National Security Advisor John Bolton's dismissal is a bad sign, because it shows a personnel leapfrog in the administration of U.S. President Donald Trump and calls the agreements reached during Bolton's time in office into question, Russian State Duma Foreign Affairs Committee Deputy Chair Alexei Chepa said.

"This personnel leapfrog speaks volumes and not only about Trump himself, but also about the people who work near, alongside him. It is a very bad sign, if he hires people for a short while and then is disappointed in their performance," Chepa told Interfax on Tuesday.

Bolton held a post with a great deal of responsibility, he said.

"And how to consider the agreements reached with Bolton then? Will Trump finalize them, or won't he?" Chepa said.
