Another reduction of Iran's JCPOA obligations bad for normalization - Ryabkov

MOSCOW. Sept 11 (Interfax) - The third stage of reductions of the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA) obligations which has been declared by Iran is bad for normalization but the reasons are clear, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov said.

"Of course, further reductions of Iran's voluntary obligations concerning the JCPOA is a factor which does not help normalize the situation, but we understand the reason for such steps," Ryabkov told Interfax.

"It is also obvious that such actions of Iran do not constitute a risk to the non-proliferation regime. This is completely ruled out," he said.
