MOSCOW. Sept 12 (Interfax) - The issuance by the United States of a warrant for the arrest in Italy of Alexander Korshunov, an employee of the Russian United Engine Corporation (UEC, a Rostec company) is a planned provocation, Russian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Maria Zakharova said.
"We believe that the issuance by the U.S. of an international warrant for his arrest is a planned provocation," Zakharova told a briefing on Thursday.
