KYIV. Sept 12 (Interfax) - Ukraine and Finland have signed an agreement on the mutual protection of information with limited access, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said.
"This creates new opportunities for cooperation between security agencies, in particular, in the context of combating hybrid threats from the Russian Federation," he said at a briefing after a meeting with President of Finland Sauli Niinisto in Kyiv on Thursday.
