LUHANSK. Sept 18 (Interfax) - The Ukrainian army's armored vehicles have been spotted in Donbas disengagement areas, a spokesman for the militia of the self-proclaimed Luhansk People's Republic (LPR) told Interfax on Wednesday.
"Armored combat vehicles have been seen in the Zolote disengagement area," the spokesman said. A Ukrainian armored personnel carrier was sighted near Stanytsia Luhanska, he said.
Meanwhile, an infantry combat vehicle was observed near Bobrove, the spokesman said.
