Ilyushin company planning to bid to deliver Be-200 to Turkey

MOSCOW. Sept 19 (Interfax) - Russia will make a bid to deliver its Be-200 amphibious aircraft to Turkey, Ilyushin CEO Yury Grudinin said.

"We expect to take part in a tender for these aircraft supplies to Turkey," Grudinin was quoted by the United Aircraft Corporation (UAC) as saying.

Turkey is interested in Be-200 not only as a firefighting aircraft, but in its other modifications too, he said.
