Putin arrives in Orenburg region, to meet with Kyrgyz president at Center 2019 drills

ORENBURG. Sept 20 (Interfax) - Russian President Vladimir Putin has arrived in the Orenburg region where he will watch the active phase of the Center 2019 strategic exercise and hold a bilateral meeting with Kyrgyz President Sooronbai Jeenbekov on Friday.

The Kremlin press service said earlier that the Donguz training range would host the main phase of the Center 2019 strategic command-and-staff exercise and also a Putin-Jeenbekov meeting on Friday.

Putin came to the Orenburg region from Izhevsk, where he earlier chaired a meeting of Russia's Military-Industrial Commission, attend the plenary session of the 2nd All Russian Forum of Arms Manufacturers and visited the Kalashnikov Youth Technology Park, which opened recently.
