KAZAN. Sept 23 (Interfax) - Leveling unfounded accusations at any country of attacking Saudi Arabian oil facilities is unacceptable, Russian Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR) chief Sergei Naryshkin said.
"We certainly denounce such actions. Very clear and impartial evidence is needed to establish anyone's guilt. Any unfounded statements that this or that country, or some movement, or some other force could have been the author of such actions are unacceptable," Naryshkin said in reply to a relevant question from journalists in Kazan.
