MOSCOW. Sept 26 (Interfax) - Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro is flexible in dialogue with the opposition, but reciprocity is needed in this issue, the Kremlin said.
"You know that the president of Venezuela has repeatedly spoken about the possibility and need for such dialogue. Therefore, the Venezuelan administration is demonstrating the necessary flexibility. Of course, reciprocity is needed from the opposition as well," Russian presidential press secretary Dmitry Peskov told reporters.
"Any problems of Venezuela should be resolved by the people of Venezuela without any interference by third countries," he said.
