MINSK. Oct 1 (Interfax) - The Trilateral Contact Group on Ukraine in Minsk has endorsed the Steinmeier Formula, Rodion Miroshnik, member of the delegation of the self-proclaimed Luhansk People's Republic, told reporters.
"Well, yes we did," he said, when asked whether the sides have signed the document.
The issue of prisoner exchange has yet to be settled, he said.
