SOCHI. Oct 16 (Interfax) - The Syrian and Turkish military should determine parameters of cooperation in northeastern Syria, and Russia stands ready to facilitate this dialogue, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said.
"The militaries of the two countries should determine particular parameters of cooperation in practice, on the ground, and we stand ready to facilitate such a dialogue," Lavrov told journalists on Wednesday.
